As an educational consultant, Dr. Daley believes that young scholars are at the forefront of every blueprint and decision to produce future leaders. For young scholars to evolve into leaders, they must be empowered with knowledge, experiences, integrity, self-respect, respect for others, and confidence. Dr. Daley envisions Empowering Leaders of Tomorrow as a program to help young scholars succeed through invaluable resources, guidance, coordinated systems of services, and family and community support to develop their educational skills, college and career, and personal/social competencies. Empowering Leaders of Tomorrow supports young scholars through life lessons as they build their capacity on the road to greatness!
